Absolutely! Once we deliver your photos, you're free to use them across all your digital channels – websites, social media, marketing materials, you name it. The only thing we ask is that you don't resell the images to third parties. We'd also really appreciate a photo credit to Kelmer Studio when you share them publicly.

Yes! We have a talented team of videographers who specialize in capturing all those authentic, emotion-filled moments. We can create comprehensive video coverage to go along with your photography package.

We'll send everything via email with a secure download link – simple and easy to access and share. If you'd like a physical backup on a hard disk, we can do that too for a small additional fee.

For the best chance of availability, we recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance for corporate events and portraits, and 2-3 months in advance for weddings or large galas. That said, we understand that timelines can be tight – please reach out whenever you know your date, and we'll work with you to make it happen, even on shorter notice when possible.

My rates are generally structured in tiered packages based on event duration, starting with a minimum of 3-4 hours of coverage. Packages can include a single shooter or a second photographer, depending on the event size. Since every corporate need is unique (e.g., fast digital delivery vs. print albums), I request clients submit a formal inquiry to receive a customized quote detailing all costs.

My standard turnaround time for full gallery delivery is 1-2 weeks. However, I understand the need for timely content. For immediate use, I offer a selection of 10-20 "highlight" images within 24 hours of the event, which are ready for social media posting or press releases.

Absolutely! We know things come up, and sometimes you need a photographer fast. We offer same-day availability as an add-on service (depending on our schedule). Please reach out as soon as possible, and we'll do everything we can to make it work for you.
